RESERVATIONS ARE ONLY ACCEPTED UP TO ONE YEAR IN ADVANCE
Event Weekend Reservations (Parents' Weekend, Hot Dog Day, and Reunion) are taken one year from the current event, regardless of the date of the event the following year. Therefore, reservations for event weekends this year will be accepted starting on Friday of this year's event weekend for the following year.

For Alfred University Staff, the form will be reviewed and returned with a confirmation number. The form is not valid without a confirmation number sent to you from Saxon Inn.
Alfred University staff should use our University Reservation Form instead.
