The Saxon Inn strives to provide you superior accommodations for a pleasant and enjoyable stay. In order to allow us to offer these accommodations to all future guests we ask you to observe and comply to a few policies.
Check In Time is 2:00 p.m. At least one guest 21 years of age with valid ID must be present to check in.
Check Out Time is 11:00 a.m. Any guest checking out after 11:00 a.m. will be charged an additional night's stay.
RESERVATIONS ARE ONLY ACCEPTED UP TO ONE YEAR IN ADVANCE
Event Weekend Reservations (Parents' Weekend, Hot Dog Day, and Reunion) are taken one year from the current event, regardless of the date of the event the following year. Therefore, reservations for event weekends this year will be accepted starting on Friday of this year's event weekend for the following year.
Reservation cancellation policy for special event weekends (Spring Family Weekend, Hot Dog Day, Reunion Weekend and Fall Family Weekend):
Reserving a room for one of the above listed weekends requires a two night stay (both Friday and Saturday) and a 30-day cancellation notice. After 30 days the Saxon Inn will charge a $50.00 cancellation fee up to week prior to arrival. Cancellations made within one week prior of arrival date will be responsible for full payment plus tax. Cancellation will not be accepted for one night (Friday and Saturday night stay is required). Once a reservation is canceled the room is then surrendered to the Saxon Inn.
Saxon Inn Cancellation policy for all dates other than event weekends is 4 p.m. the day before your arrival date. Reservations made within 24 hours are non-cancelable.
- Cash: Cash (USD) is accepted at time of check-in.
- Checks: We do not accept personal checks
- Credit/Debit Card: American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa are accepted. Reservations are only "guaranteed" when a valid credit card number is provided. The name on the card must match the registering guest name, or a third party credit card authorization form must be completed and approved by management.
